Well, there's Icelandic wool , various furs, dried and/or salted fish, as well as other seafood like perhaps squid or various crustaceans, a decent amount of strong wood, ice (stuff it in huge boxes, surround with wood :3), iron, some grain, ivory, and some other oddities, I imagine, along the lines of amber, ambergris, whale oil, herbs, weird gems, etc.

I do We call it "Larrakia Keaa" (Larrakia Island), after the first Natives of Australia we met. Of course right now, we don't know it is so massive and filled with hundreds of Tribes, but we own it! We already got a colony there as well, called "Muang Bi"

2. The Mali Empire in OTL fell to a bunch of African warlords. Spaniards could kick your ass bigtime.
