Yeah! Now I have more troops to deploy to other places! Once I withdraw my 20000 men from Rhode Island, I'll draw down my force in Washington to 60000, which means I'll have 40000 men available for deployment! Yeah Vermont, Maine, and New York! Maple syrup for everyone!

Urran: Not so much. He's been waiting quite a while. I would take it as the US doesn't care enough for RI to bother trying to liberate it.

In my opinion there is a difference between waiting for a week for a simple post(Rhode Island)

I agree. I don;t think using dialog like that necessarily amounts to 10 lines worth of detail. That shouldn't be allowed.
