In the grand scheme I'm going to try to keep Albania unaligned, but if we do go either way it will probably be the Triple Entente because the three main countries there never tried to annex us unlike the Central Powers .

Taking Canada is not a good idea. Firstly, it's protected by the best navy and possibly the best army in the world. Then, even if you do manage to take it, you're dealing with a substantial armed population of people who don't want to be American and a vast amount of tundra for them to carry out their insurgent operations within.
