If you have a smaller braincase than the average man, yes

I might recommend an armored cap instead though. Bone is fairly prone to being brittle and fracturing.

You can certain send a follower to give him food. Food and Influence require physical transference, whereas Divinity and Faith are non-physical, and as such can be transferred without any action.
