The world burned itself! The ponies' peaceful ways of Harmony gave way to greed, lust, and a perpetual state of paranoia. The whole world forever changed as the Bearers of The Elements of Harmony soon became the masterminds behind Equestria's war effort against the zebras. It was their fault, it was the zebras who started it all! It was them the reason why I am a Luna-damned walking corpse! Oh the horror!! When everypony nuked themselves into oblivion with the megaspells, there was a sense of emptiness. Like I knew the moment the bomb struck Cloudsdale I knew there was no more Equestria, well... after the searing pain of being turned into a ghoul. Two hundred years later there was The Light Bringer, but that's a completely different story...

You probably don't give a shit... anyways, welcome to Maregaton, my child."

Maregaton- A large town with surrounding walls built out of the recycled remains of airplanes. Mercanaries, bandits, slavers, simple wastelanders, chem addicts, and ponies of all varying factions have at least traveled through the large trading hub to restock on supplies from the many caravans that gather in front of the heavily armed gate. Within the walls are peaceful ponies who live around a undetonated balefire bomb; there are a couple of bars, a clinic, armory, and a conveniance store for all your shopping needs! Just don't mind the weirdos who worship the bomb they named "Button".

Big Town- A neighboring town in dire need of military assistance, the ponies here are paranoid of the next Alicorn attack that might claim one of their own or ponynap them. Hence the hastily built wall and a small bridge in the front as the only entrance, guarded by a hoofful of guards. They have little to no supplies to barter with.

Barnyard Bargain Mini-mall- A rundown mall infested with raiders, who usually go nose to nose with the many griffon mercanaries searching for anything that may be considered as a slave. The mall contains many dark secrets, and is rumored to be the forward operations base of something larger within the depths of the nearby Alicorn-infested Seaddle metropolitan area.

Stable 85- Home of Akira and her Alicorns, this stable is highly contaminated with Taint and is heavily guarded by the Alicorns. A large communications beacon has been constructed upon the hill from which the stable lies under, nopony ever thinking about the purpose of its existence. It is located above the peaceful settlement of Sunnyvale and far away from the city of Seaddle and Maregaton.

Seaddle Scrapyard- A large junkyard inhabited by wild dogs and surrounded by large concrete walls, nopony is ever foolish enough to enter the area through the turret-infested gate, those who do, are never heard from again. Though it is rumored to be the secret headquarters of The Yukikaze. The large structures within are unknown and never explored due to the fear of what lies inside them and the surrounding areas are infested with Hellhounds as the area is widely avoided.

Cottonmouth Cove- A large outpost next to a river responsible for the Legion slave operations within the Seaddle Wasteland. It is heavily guarded and always bustling with activity, usually selling slaves to factions abroad with the use of the fresh water river boats. The Legion do not take too kindly to wastelanders pointlessly wandering around Cottonmouth, hence the crucified ponies that surround the outskirts of the large base. Whatever the Legion lack in base defenses, they completely compensate for well-equipped cannon fodder.

Camp Mchoofen- A New Canterlot Republic garrison stationed outside Seaddle, the military installations is to act as a forward operations base in the NCR's efforts to secure and annex the city. Camp Mchoofen is accepting of refugees and is willing to send aid to nearby settlements, the camp is also in charge of regulating the trading and commerce between The Seaddle Wasteland and New Canterlot Republic, so it houses a considerably large trading hub. It also houses a good portion of the NCR Rangers, snipers, and a considerable amount of base defenses including sentry bots and turrets.

Strawberry Commons- A massive industrial city with a metropolitan area that is nearly as wide as Seaddle's and is home to The Scorchers; it is heavily defended by ponies, zebras, independent Alicorns, and griffons who proudly joined the ranks of The Mechanist's army. There are also a incredible amount of robotic defenses ranging from obsolete turrets to Point Defense Laser prototypes capable of downing aircraft. Robots of all models patrol the streets, keeping a watchful eye over the many slaves' responsible for the industrial output of the city. Slavers are welcomed, and so are humble travelers, but any trouble sparked in these streets are quickly ended by the Mechanist-modified Sentry bots. The city can be easily found by the smoke-stacks that climb into the red-smog sky, visible from Maregaton.

The Yukikaze- A dangerous group of unicorn hitmares that splintered from The Reapers years ago, their goals are unkown, however they fight The Talons constantly over certain contracts, often killing their clients who side with the griffons in fits of rage. What they lack in technology they compensate for their devastating abilities to manipulate the physiology of many living creatures, most blend in communities via the role of charismatic doctors. The leader and the location of their headquarters are unknown.

New Canterlot Republic (Not to be confused with The New Coltifornia Republic, totally different faction)- A large benevolent Pony republic born out of Eastern Equestria from their capital at Shattered Hoof Ridge, their intentions are to unite the Apocalyptic world under a democratic banner and repair the broken lands. They have a massive diverse military consisted of conscripts from all over the hundred settlements united under their banner in the East, including Canterlot ghouls, griffons, former Enclave soldiers, Hellhounds, and even first generation Alicorns. They hold several outposts in the Seaddle Wasteland, such as the sizeable Camp McHoofen established right outside the metropolitan area of the large city, or Satcomm Array 12 currently holding position against the Mechanist's forces. The New Canterlot Republic is lead by President Taffy and its military is operated by General Soothing Legato.

The Scorchers- A large army sparked by a deranged stallion who once started out as a benevolent 'superhero' in Strawberry Commons, ruling a large group of robots to combat The AntAgonizer's ants, he was known as The Mechanist. However, a third-party intervention led to the Ant Queen's demise as a sonic emitter was used to distort the ants' perception, the ants began eating the mare alive in a confused frenzy as her army soon crumbled from the inside-out. All witnessed by The Mechanist who swored revenge upon the sabotuer, he shortly seized Strawberry Commons with his robots and executed the mayor stating it was for "the greater good". He sent out patrols to gather ore from iron mills and round up 'volunteers', within a decade, he transformed his friendly workshop and the rest of Strawberry Commons into a massive industrial monolith resembling Red Eye's Fillydelphia. Secured with a powerful army of well-equipped ponies and zebras and large numbers of robots of varying models, oppressing the slaves within the hellish landscape.

The Mechanist suffers from a plethora of mental disorders, triggered by the unnacceptance of loss that gave birth to his superhero ego when he lost his wife and kids to raiders more than fifteen years ago. With no medical treatment, he is merely wallowing in his self-pity and oblivious to the atrocities his forces are committing, a shadow of the hero he really was a decade ago. A estranged mare, Onion Ring, is currently the acting leader and is supposed to succeed him as the "new" Mechanist.

The Steel Rangers- A xenophobic clan of ponies that descended from the Armed Forces of Equestria, their purpose is to preserve the technologies of the Old World and use them to begin pony civilization anew. Their purpose truly varies from the Codex each Steel Ranger chapter follows, and most of them follow a militant approach to obtain Pre-war technologies even at the cost of a foal's life and the Seaddle contingent of Steel Rangers is no exception. Unlike many Steel Ranger chapters, the Seaddle branch recruit locals into their ranks to increase their numbers so they can easily exert influence in Seaddle and secure themselves as a empire. They are currently battling the ghouls and the diminishing Applejack's Rangers. They are co-ruled by Colonel Cylon with the real leader being Elder Roadburn, a young and sociopathic mare who has a burning hatred for the NCR and AJ's Rangers.

Applejack's Rangers- A faction of ponies that succeeded from a Manehatten Steel Ranger contingent ten years ago, it was founded by a close friend of Applejack's who named the group in honor of her honest and kind ways and to preserve the original purpose of The Rangers, to help those in need. The main faction located inside the NCR is often considered to be a part of The Republic, however, its chapters operate and carry out Applejack's will independently. The Seaddle contingent of AJ's Rangers was established to aid The New Canterlot Republic in its attempt to annex and secure the Seaddle area. Currently, The AJ Rangers lack numbers to do anything, hiding out in a heavily fortified outpost pinned down by surrounding enemies. They lost hundreds of their members in skirmishes by The Steel Rangers and Scorchers, the Seaddle chapter is ruled by Elder Night Sabre.

Akira's Flowers- The story of Akira is a grim one, a natural-born Alicorn who was once a splitting-image of Princess Cadance, even sharing the Princess' kind and loving nature. Because of her abnormal birth, she was shamelessly ordered to be the first test subject of the Stable as a filly. After years of negligence, her health deteriorated rapidly as she developed cancer and became embroiled in mutations due to the exposure to IMP prototypes that affected her thinking and motor skills. The scientific community of Stable 85 questioned the ethical treatment of Akira, attempting to help her by ridding the excess tissue, Akira lost all brain function and fell into a cardiac arrest during surgery, yet her bodily functions refused to cease as she suddenly bloated into a mass of unrecognized flesh. Horrified, the Overmare ordered her body to be dumped into the IMP waste room and the project shut down, months later she morphed into a monstrous being that absorbed the stable scientists and built her own army of genetically altered Alicorns from the rest of the inhabitants.

A large group of Alicorns settled in Stable 85 and all its surrounding territories, they are all telepathically connected by Akira who lies within the overmare office of the stable. A remnant of Project Unity that studies the effects of IMP fluid on the Stable inhabitants, the proper dosage brought forth a second generation of both male and female Alicorns that spawned from the entity inside the Stable. Despite capturing ponies to fuel her war machine, Akira herself is far from evil even today, disguising her Alicorns as the Followers of Apocalypse to deliver aid to helpless settlements. However, some Alicorns in Seaddle were able to develop self-awareness due to pink cloud being dumped between the city and Stable 85 by The Steel Rangers in attempt to sever Akira's telekinetic link to them. Hence, the constant raids on settlements conducted by rogue Alicorns.

Caeser's Legion- One of the largest factions in the Seaddle Wasteland in terms of territory and military size, the Legion's territory is divided into chapters responsible for military operations in the areas they are ordered to conquer. They are consisted of mainly ponies and zebras that zealously carries out the orders of their "Caesar" and spread his ideas of a political system based on The Roaman Empire. The Legion is strictly anti-mutant and are agressive towards the buffalo and griffons, often sending raiding parties to purposely chase them down and execute them. Legion soldiers are highly trained and well-equipped with EMP weaponry to counter power armor and robots; they are also aggressive slavers, completely destroying other slaver operations in hopes of establishing a monopoly in the slave business and enslaving nearly anyone they deem not true to the eyes of their mysterious "Ceasar".

In this role play, I will try my damnest to deliver a magnificent NPC interaction as well as a great post-apocalytic experience. It'll be much effective in numbers so I am recruiting Co-Ops with a vast knowledge of Somber and Kkat's world, so telegram me if you are interested.

You players will later on discover new locations and factions as well as trigger events that reflect upon the decisions you make throughout the role play. When Tide found a old collection of manuscripts by philosphers, he began harboring anti-heiarchy feelings, which the raiders noticed. They put him to grueling work, forcing him to near-slave conditions to break his spirit. While the raiders where asleep, he killed them all and one glorious moment by bombing them with some old explosives. He eventually made his way to Maregatron, where he's trying to set himself up.

Bio: Once a was in the royal guard, but then all fell apart when the war started, he was the only survivor in a direct conflict with the zebra's. He managed to get away long enough to give his armor some camouflage, he painted it black to match the darkness, after doing so he went and hid under the dead bodies, when his enemies got close, he quickly overwhelmed them. One managed to escape, when he was found he was asked why he was running and scared, his reply was, "Ghosts came out of nowhere and attacked us." That is how he got the name. He then found a black robe that boosted magic, he took it. He is heading to Maregaton to get some supplies.

Utilizing his skills, Whisper hunted down the Pyromaniac Slavers who took his tribe. Upon confrontation of their leader, Whisper was horribly burnt and left for dead. Fortunately, or maybe unfortunately, Whisper survived, horribly scarred around his body but alive. He covered his body in ash to hide them, and moved on to Seaddle. Here he has entered the assassination business for nearly a decade. Now, on a contract for a secretive Mare, Whisper's been whisked to Maregaton to receive more information on the job...
