It would not be able to be made into bullets or the like due to the scarcity of the metal, and is overall just a terrible idea, not mention the radiation effects of it.
Lithium is more abundantly found and thus would be a better incendiary device, but since you are so keen on making incinderary rounds of ammunition, Potassium would have the mass. However, these would be fucked in water and oxidize in air. So, this means uranium would not be able to be exposed as artillery shells or ammunition, and only in dry conditions can Alkali metals be used.
There's some chemistry you're not understanding too much here...The vacuum-sealed variants would work in theory, but will be incredibly delicate as too much handling and movement will cause the container to fail and explode.
Well, to be frank, the guy who reserved it is a no-show.
Yes, I am well aware that uranium is rare and vacuum seals would be delicate. That's why it's under "superweapon", not "weapon every soldier has in his back pocket." And it's not like I care if it shortens lifespans.

....But enough to employ them with your battleships and aerovessels?

So, you're gonna tell me you have nuclear weaponry.
Look, a realistic way to go about this would be not a solid combustible, but a gas. Imagine the gas warfare of the First World War, but this gas can be ignited and chain react across a battlefield. It could potentially be mixed with clay or lead to turn into an incendiary device as well, which is what I believe you are looking for. My suggestion is Asine, which is a mixture of three parts Hydrogen one part Arsenic. It is extremely lethal without the aid of fire as it kills red blood cells upon contact, but the fiery application would be more showy and awesome, as well as cleanse the area of the gas - and enemy soldiers - once you wish to advance. You can carry this in your vacuum tubes with a small piece of potassium that once it breaks, ignites, and thus ignites the gas.

The correct term is radiological. Nuclear is uranium blowing up. Radiological is blowing uranium up.Look, a realistic way to go about this would be not a solid combustible, but a gas. T.T OK, you make an excellent argument. Rule of real over rule of cool, ay?

Don't just be like "I will win here and here because POLAN STRENG", realistically think what would happen if you surprise-attacked the Germans. The Germans are sure to respond with their own Superweapons if you attack with your own as well - so I would keep that in mind.
In my honest opinion, I wouldn't attack Germany alone. If you catch my drift.
EDIT: Super Six Sixty Six
Sorry, as I said earlier, TBH I have never RP'd a war before, and due to the long time period between posts, I assumed that I would destroy something as the aggressor, and then Germania would respond by attacking my forces in the area. I think I know what a god-mod is in the context now. Also said earlier, I have to leave soon so if I decide to continue with a war I will organize forces around the fort tomorrow, and let him respond.

They will stand far off, in fear of her torment, and say, “Alas! Alas! You great city, you mighty city, Babylon! For in a single hour your judgment has come!”
We do not associate with the mud-colored races who believe in false Allah's.

Frankly, the Emperor doesn't give a damn. Census shows a sizable majority are Muslim, but there are also Jews, Catholics, Orthodoxy. The Emperor simply isn't baptized in any of them, so as he sees it, no official religion. Religious tolerance.

What of agnosticism, atheism, Sunni v Shi'a/Shi'ite, Hindu, Buddhism and Zoroastrianism? Would be cool to have a Zoroastrian majority nation
