Handheld or stationary?

German: handheld.
Chinese: stationary, unless you had a team of six people ready to pick it up.

What a damn easy fight that would be. Your territories are separated so just attack one then while you're busy at one front open up another one.

Have you seen his territories? separated by "unclaimed" land, it would be easier for me as an invader to attack on two fronts than him trying to defend on two fronts where the "unclaimed" land may be a pissed off country that blatantly says "NO FUCK YOU, YOU CAN'T GO THROUGH HERE"

Sea routes.

Flamethrowers? Eh, very primitive, size of a small artillery piece, heavier, expensive, sure. You can work on making them more viable though.

Based on the principle that Iberia, a country with a relatively small professional army, will want to do their darndest to reduce Army casualties, I intend to introduced armoured vehicles, if that's alright with you, Allen; with an essentially useless prototype from 1900-1902, an interim year, and a revival of the project in 1904 with completion of the first working unarmed 'tank' in 1905.

True, but they can pull lotsa auxiliaries, supplies, harassers, etc. from their ass, even improvise them into colliers, torpedo boats, sabotagers, scouts, etc.

ALso, you'd have nowhere to station your ships; Mexico is a long way away, and I'm sure no Europeans want inferior Americans here.

Armored car like things are fine, essentially motorized cav, but no tanks (e.g. big, heavily armed, well-armored trench-crossing crazy hulks) unless trench warfare or stalemate develops.

My diplo is pretty simple. Good relations with Poland, decent with the Europeans, decreasing as they get closer, fine with America, meh with rest of world except where my colonies intrude.

Damascus,Jeruslam, Tel Aviv, Bagdad, and Amaan are all major recruting places so we could quite easily, muster an massive army to defend :P

Right now, I'm allied with Japan definitely. Historically, Britain would also be an ally, although since I have Myanmar and the Mughals have India, I'm not sure. I'm going to try to ally with China and the Dutch, however.

So don't invade me.

Location/Claims: Sweden, Norway, ((Denmark)), Iceland, Greenland. Tanzania, Kenya, [[Uganda]], Burundi & Rwanda, [[United Arab Emirates]] http://postimg.org/image/409qajrx3/full/

Capital City: Stockholm

Government Type: Constitutional Monarchy. The power is vested in the Emperor, who then works out from a constitution. The King announces elections every four years, and then elects a government who then does his work. The government is responsible to the Emperor.

Ideology: Nationalism, Social Conservatism, Conservatism, Socialism, Social-Democracy,

Leader/s: Emperor Carl XVI Oscar, Prime Minister Gustaf Ekenbro

Economy: Primarily a rural land, with a large agricultural sector built up by a large system of farmworkers who move around from farm to farm, with payment in food and shelter. However, more mechanised farms are coming up, and so are the industries in the cities sprawling from the large surplus of farmworkers able to move to the city.

Infrastructure: Scandinavia has a large stretch of railroads all across the country which is easily used and modern, construction is also currently being made in the Norwegian mountains to ensure a railroad line there too. Roads are quite common, and it is more akin to the rest of the European lands. Construction is also underway to build a massive railroad system in the African colonies.

Army: Out of fear of the Russians, Scandinavia's Imperial Army has a national conscription system and a standing army of around 100,000 personell. The army is the main branch of the military, acting out as both a defensive and offensive force. It relies more on quality than on quantity, and chooses it's weapons carefully. Importing most, but then altering them. It also aims for self-sufficiency.

Navy: The Imperial Navy has seen a boost to it's strength with the unifying of Scandinavia and the establishing of colonies, it has several ships ranging from larger coastal defense ships, to simple corvettes. It's main job is to protect the Scandinavian Empire from naval attacks, but also to clear the sea lanes to the colonies.

Goals: Scandinavia aims to modernise itself, and bring in more industriaisation to the land. It also aims to reclaim Finland from the Russians, and perhaps more if the chance is given, and expand in the African continent.

History: Scandinavia was united after the Swedish-Norwegian Armies came to Denmark's defense in the Second Schleswig War. ((Despite losing, Denmark found it safe in this new club, and so, after the childless Frederik VII had died, the crown of Denmark was passed to the Swedish king Karl XV.)) He then proclaimed the Empire of Scandinavia, and a new constitution was drafted, giving more power to the king. After his death in 1894, his son, Carl Oscar took power. Shortly after in 1899, his second son, and only surviving, Karl, was born.

These (()) brackets means that they are there in case Denmark does not join up. These [[]] are the former african colonies. So, if everything else is fine and dandy, just ignore those.

I have exchanged Uganda for Tanzania, cause otherwise the map would look a bit off. I also removed the dreadnoughts. Third time's the charm, right?

The Great Shogunate of Japan's opinions on all ye folks

All of these relations are stable and these are just the opinions of the upper levels of the courts. These are all mostly secret.

France: They are an inspirational western power with a very capable army (best in the world if I'm not mistaken). They are admired for this. Besides that, relationships are normal, but it would not be the first thing Japan would align with if a world war broke out. In fact, it eyes Indo-china.

CSA: They have no honor for enslaving the weak. Despite differences with the UKA, they should have stayed in the Union.

Mexican Empire: Again, their slavery is dishonorable. Though they do control access to Panama as well as own lots of coast along the Pacific. They aren't an enemy of Japan, but they are looked down upon.

Ming China: Petty the man who thinks he's strong. China is not a serious threat to Japan but it does exist. It is contesting over a sphere of influence with Japan that is needs. Currently relationships are fine with China as they have free trade in the nation, but Japan eyes Manchuria and Korea.

Russian Empire: *Spits* These white men should stay away from Asia. Their nation is weak and we could easily defeat them in a war. They are too big for just a bunch of farmers.

Italian Empire: A European rising power that it sees that it could learn from. Indifferent beyond that.

Dutch Republic: Despite what was learned from them, they are despicable. Their great claims in Indonesia are threatening to Japan and Asia as a whole. It would be best to see them out.

Ethiopian Empire: They are an empire? Well not much to say here. Good luck in Africa?

New Holland/Australia: Relations are decent. Trade exists. Don't hate them, but doesn't look kindly to Europe in Asia.

Charcas: Relations are normal.

Austria-Hungary: Great Western power.

Germany: Looks like the best Western Power. Much can be learned from them and much can be gained from helping them.

Iberia: Finds their ownership of the Philippines upsetting, but besides that they are okay with them.

USSA: Relations are normal.

Siam: Allies with. Needs the resources.

Mughal: Wants to ally with them for their vast amounts of resources and other reasons.
*Huzzah he lives!*

Nah, son. Britain was all like "yo, why my colonies be all uppity an' shit?!" And Lord Durham laid it straight: "they be wantin' legislation with representation, dawg."
