Treaty of Strasbourg
(rough draft, preamble to be added with lots of flowery language)
1. The war alliance composed of the United Provinces of the Dutch Republic or the Netherlands, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland or the UK, Chicago, the Second French Republic or France, and the Austro-German Empire or Austria will make peace with the German Empire, henceforth not to be referred to by that name.
2. The German Empire will henceforth be known internationally and internally both as the North German Confederation, or Germany, informally.
3. <insert Dutch lands paying or whatever>
4. The isles known as the Falkland Islands, composed mainly of the East and West islands of the aforementioned chain, will be ceded to the Netherlands.
5. The corporation known as Krupp will be nationalized and then all assets auctioned off at an appropriate market price where possible, with the remaining unsold goods and the proceeds from the sale to be given to Chicago.
6. The lands known as Alsace-Lorraine or Elsass-Lothringen, two connected areas west of the Rhine and belonging to Germany will be ceded to France unconditionally.
7. All naval vessels and accompanying materiel with military capacity belonging to the government of Germany will be given to the government of the UK, to do with what they wish.
8. All German troops will be withdrawn from lands outside the borders of Germany, including ceded lands.
9. The total armed forces of Germany will not exceed 500,000, including noncombatant companions, sailors and other personnel related to the military.
10. Germany will pay 100,000 goldmarks to each of the combatants mentioned in point 1 of the treaty in cash or any other payment method deemed acceptable by the recipients.
12. Germany accepts full and unconditional responsibility for the European War, the state of war which has existed between the nations listed in point 1 of the treaty, and does hereby ratify this treaty in compensation for the acts committed during the war.

No Poland stuff, because if you want to weaken them, you can do other things; it creates yet another NPC nobody will play, which would not be preferred.
Also, Australie not into Dutch; lessening autonomy is always discontenting.
