Right. It's an extranational corporation, which makes it very difficult to take over. I'm more curious to know why you'd want to get an arms designer, considering the majority of them probably would flee Germany and you could just hire them then.

If they don't, they get thrown in jail. You don't "consent" to war reparations, you pay or die.

That's why I put the word purchasing in quotation marks.

And you don't have to always consent. The economic term "Aggressive Takeover" is when a company buys enough stocks from another company to have 50%+1 of the stocks (usually) in order to take over the direction of the company. The affected company never consented to be taken over.
