Well, not really, but point is they are very strong, and any war would likely go rather pear-sided for Japan, despite their martial history.

3 ) Germany releases the Prussia and Poland area as the Polish Free State, which will be administered by the Dutch Republic until it is stable.
4 ) Germany cedes the Frisian Islands to the Dutch Republic.
5 ) Germany will return Alsace-Lorraine to France.
6 ) Germany will release 'Westphalia-Rhineland' as a buffer state.
7 ) Germany's army will be limited to 100,000 infantry, 0 cavalry and 0 artillery.
8 ) Germany's navy will be 'gifted' to Chicago, the United Kingdom and the Dutch Republic.
9 ) Hanover stays part of Germany, but will be administered by the United Kingdom, and will belong to both nations.

That's way too much. Should Germany buy Britain out of the war, they could easily roll over the Dutch and Chicago. Keep that in mind.

Your could probably get them to release a smaller Poland and give the navy, at most.

I want this from Germany:

1. Hand over South Georgia to United Kingdom. Hannove will still under control of Germany but with UK governance.
2. Surrender quarter of German's navy to UK, quarter to Dutch and quarter to Chicago and limit German's navy to only 8 destroyers.
3. Pay a large amount of money to UK for the war damage.
4.....or you can just be my vassal.
