Location/Claims: Japan, Hokkaido, Taiwan, Polynesia, Singapore (all my previous claims + Taiwan)

Capital City: Tokyo, Japan

Government Type: Supranational Federal Union, Marxist-Trotskyist (closest IRL) Single Party State

Ideology: Marxism, Trotskyism, unionism, federalism, expansionism

Leader/s: Politburo (no head of state yet)

Economy: Highly capitalistic though it is becoming incredibly socialist really fast (1904 will be the year of economic change. 1903 was just consolidation of power.)

Infrastructure: A developing infrastructure that is based on the best in the West. The Empire is currently expanding its road system and copying that of the West and China.

Army: Currently no official army. Paramilitary known as the "People's Liberation Army" is made up of all soldiers that defected in The March Revolution. Has about 300,000 members.

Navy: Currently no official navy though the state does still hold all of the previous navy vessels. Paramilitary-esque navy that is being converted into an official navy. Made up of 450,000 defected sailors and retains about 90% of the ships used by the Great Shogunate.

Goals:
- Convert more nations to communism.
- Consolidate power.
- Have a Trotsky-esque person come to power.
- Unite the world under the red flag.

Within reason. I can therefore assume you sent zero supplies with your armies and they are shortly running out of ammo and food.

I never attempt to pronounce judgements on such subjective things as "arrogance" "maturity", etc. They are subjective, and for me to judge them, I basically proclaim to understand basic human psychology, and pronounce one person's personality over another. However, if it has come to this level, I shall hold a vote. Please say what you believe should be done, and the number 666 beneath that, so I can search it up. Anyone who has ever been part of the thread is welcome to do so. In a day or two, I will collate the results, and follow them faithfully (unless things like puppetwanking or general idiocy occurs). Bans, suspensions, retcons, everything is on the table.

As for the Dutch army, well, I haven't had time to read through, but if the garrison has been sent, assume everything that is normally part of that is; if the garrison uses artillery and horses, which it probably does, include them.

France and Austria is NPC. But only France that is the great power, one of some. The other are Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, some countries in America.

Allen, we just have to see this problem from the larger viewpoint. Galter's refusal to accept the fact that he is surrounded, outnumbered, and his troops had suffered casualties, and bankruptcy, hindering any possibilities for us to continue. I am not judging him, however, as long as he accepts the facts above, that he lost the war and have to accept the surrender. On the other hand, some of our dearest friends and players had left the RP because of him (Indirectly and/or directly), thus rendering this thread in a unofficial hiatus (I think).

So yes, Bans for GG. Or force him to write his losses and then accept his surrender. And he won't need to leave the RP.

@Al, hi dere. So in regards to GG, I think what should happen is something xD. From what I've seen he's stuck in the competitive mindset. He won't accept loss. What I think should be done is a having you declare that he losess the war and tell him to RP out the loss. Whether that means he needs to RP from winning to then loosing or just continue loosing, whatever. Point is he should loose the war. The other players need to come back ASAP. GG doesn't need to leave unless the other players says he needs too. If that is the case he should be banned from playing Germany. I don't think he necessarily needs to leave the thread. Perhaps he could RP a colony or a small (not super powerful) nation somewhere else. I don't know how valuable is my opinion as I haven't watched all of the conflict, only seen a decent portion and heard others opinions. But yeah.

I rise to defend myself in face of these allegations

1) The reason I dont post casualties, is because thats not my job. Allen is OP, and thus writes the situations aswell as casualties and such of the battlefield. IIRC, the Coalition members do not post there casualties, of witch there should be many. Thus, why should I post mine. But otherwise, it makes no sense to think I have not accepted I have taken casualties. In war, that would only be silly. Were have I said that I have not taken casualties?

2) I accept the fact that I am outnumbered, when have I ever not. Numbers don't matter, its the strategical situation that does.

3) Surrounded? I beg otherwise, AA... its your army on the Western Front that will be surrounded in my Calvary charge, unless you find some way to stop it.

4) I have not lost the war, in fact if anything I am winning.

5) I am not responsible for other players leaving. That is on there own accord, I did not force them to leave.
