I am more then happy to join an Asian Power's Alliance! Of course, I'd be the Russia of said Alliance, but unlike Russia, I'm trying to modernize ASAP. However, it depends on if Japan, whom I've chosen to Align with, accepts such an Alliance. Well, Germany has been known as expansionist, and Italy either has to remain Neutral, fight for Germany, or fight for the Coalition. If they stay neutral, we can persuade them, and they won't join Germany, because of the Huge allied threat. They can either join or die, and I know what I would choose.

You are gonna need a good IC reason besides "have been known as expansionist" when they literally have no colonies and are half the size of what they were IRL.
