I had been intending on working on that but i've been really busy, it'll be up sometime between tomorrow and Wednesday.

Some terms that I wanted to remind you off:
-Build a railroad from your capital to mine.
-No tariffs (?)
-Trade agreement
-Investment agreement.
-I am not sure if we ever agreed on the common currency.

Oh you mean that, well of course it weakens China, but Ru had lost the Mandate of Heaven xDDD It was justified, so there are many backing Xiufu, besides for the common folk, an Emperor who lessens the taxes a little bit is better than a normal Emperor xD
Basically, those rebel groups that were active during Ru's reign are still active, but Ru's loyalists cannot do much because Emperor Ru is held as a hostage by Emperor Xiufu. Anything else that I need to explain?

Since I wasn't active when we made the War Thread, can someone explain it's purpose to me? Idk, it just feels kind of lame and doesn't help to make the RP go any faster. I could see it's purpose if each IC page was one year, but with it already being three months, they might as well just post in the normal thread. You can always back date posts if we (by the gracious tentacles of FMS) make a full page of IC very quickly.

It was to resolve the huge disputes over battles, so that war posts could be resolved in one place, and all information was gathered. I think we'll get rid of it for now, though.
