Problems I see with that:

1. Holy crap that's a ton of men.
2. Gonna take forever (and cost a shit ton) to mobilize and ship them across the ocean.
3. I question the loyalty of locals of colonies that are't dutch.

Tell that to Caltarania. His first wave was going to be 1 million. Thats 10% of the colony that he is trying to save, with guns, on ships, from all over the world. Not to mention, that's an 1/8 of the population of his homeland.

This is why a Dutch Empire didn't work IRL. There were just too few Dutchmen.

Because it makes no sense to oppose them when I get free trade in all their colonies and Singapore for essentially no work. I want to still be on good terms with the dutch themselves. But I also wanna see independent colonies from everyone.
