The Dutch are strong I'll give them that. They have colonies in the new world, africa, and Indonesia. Despite this, the New World could be quite strong allied together. Small splits between the nations however are making it harder for them to be united with a common goal. Besides that, the Dutch have European Allies making them stronger.
