No, we still need to know where Yuzuki, Hilde, Daniel, Grace and Lily are going, but some of those can be inferred, like how Hilde would probably be with William.
...Well, that's probably the only one that can be inferred.
Rup said he wanted Yuzuki to be in Group 1 or 2 before you brought up that you'd rather not have PCs there, so yeah.
Grace and Lily are on the ISSR side so I don't know.

Nat: Night's always in some bizarre state somewhere between "intoxicated enough to kill a hair metal lead singer" and "annoying Mormon missionary sober".
Swith: It's because you're so awesome. God himself refreshes the screen before he types just to see if Nightkill has written anything while he was off somewhere else.

I started watching HoC about when I started watching Breaking Bad, which just drove home how totally dependent HoC is on Kevin Spacey.
Without him on screen, the whole thing just kind of sags.
BB just has a pretty amazing ensemble, by contrast.

I don't know; The Mike Show would be dull and The Adventures of Jesse Pinkman would end very quickly. And you need a hero to get Gus right.
I mean, they're all very good. But it would be nothing without Bryan Cranston.

Right, right, obviously, but you get the feeling that the ensemble plays a crucial part of the show. Cranston is the rock, absolutely, but it'd be pretty boring if nobody else in the cast was interesting, which is the sad case for HoC.
Spacey is awesome, but when he's off screen, I'm just marking time until he's back. When Walt's off-screen, I just get excited at the prospect of hanging out with Badger and Skinny Pete again for a while, or seeing what Gus or Mike are up to.

I don't know what your Groups represent, so I'll have to go back and try to piece it together.
Group 1 is heading to the north Military Sector/City Sector; they won't be moving for some time, so I'd be cautious about those group.
Group 2 is going to Carnaval. I'd really rather no one join this; it was originally intended to give some background battle for the ISSR. Not much is happening here. Khan might change those things.
Group 3 is going to the slave camps; I'd like quite a bit of PC's here. They'll join Group 1 eventually, once their work is done. This is for a few reasons; first, they'll be going... well, first. Second, it seems most interesting, frankly.
Group 4 is going to the Library. A lot of PC's should be here, too.
Were it up to me, I'd put all the PC's in Groups 3 and 4 for now.

I think that we can fit some people in group two, but it's no big. For now, we'll just do groups three and four.
Alright people, new lists - who goes in three and goes in four?
