For one, he creates freeform RPs then gets bored and inserts plot railroading despite the protests of 90% of the RPers in said RPs. I participated in one as a stress-valve. It did not help my stress levels.

For another, he has a habit
of lapsing into
posting like this
in order to avoid
writing one line responses
because he says he doesn't
have time to RP properly.

Thirdly, he thinks he deserves to be made a Mentor, and desires the position for petty power and the egotrip of being able to tell RPers he doesn't like that they're "doing it wrong".

So yeah, that.

Anyways, enthusiastic highly-active fellow, but he's currently wasting his potential on petty vindictiveness and strange dictatorial tendencies. The lad needs a few more years in the wine cellar before he'll be a vintage I can stomach.

You know, It's good that those dictatorial types are mostly in the "Nation RP" part of P2TM. Though I did encounter some dicks in the Character RP part.

Indeed. I find Nation-RPs in P2TM tend to be either quite good, or "hate realism so not II but still RPing at II-newfish level", which can get quite daft.

A problem I'm having is that it seems like more and more of the plot heavy stuff is being handled by my NPCs, and the PCs aren't doing as much.

Do you guys feel this is a problem, or are things good as is? I apologise that subplots haven't been happening, but I can't chance them because of how close we are to the end.

I don't mind it too much. I feel like if, for instance, some vital plot point was dependent upon William making a certain decision, I'd goof it up and bring your plans to end Elfen High properly crashing down in flames.
