Through the chaos of anarchy, Enzo Riva, an ambitious man from Mexico City, rallied the people and gathered an army. Probably one of the few organised armies in the continent after all the turmoil. This man had an ambition. To build an empire with vast, world-influencing power. An empire that will rise from the ashes of chaos and unite all the spanish speaking people of the americas. After securing and stabilizing part the former lands of Mexico and implementing martial law, the army marched south, taking over the provinces of central america one by one. The people of these former nations welcomed the forces very eagerly, seeing them as their only hope for long-wanted peace and order in their lives. All was going well. City after city joined the new union. Triumph echoed through all the lands as Riva's army entered and secured San Salvador. But the march was long, and ahead of the isthmus layed the impenetrable jungles of what used to Nicaragua and panama. No one knew what lied ahead or who had taken control, if anyone at all. It was decided that the borders, at least for now would be secured there. The southern outsirts of San Salvador marked the new forntiers of Riva's state. It was time for reconstruction, organization and planning. But Riva's movement gained more and more support. More people joined the cause, eagerly assisitng in reconstruction and even joining the army. The next prime target was the panama canal. The world's most valued trading route.

The dream was within reach...

That still sounds overly ambitious i.e. all of Mexico excluding Baja California. I've been here for a few days and I still only just have as much land area as Mexico, maybe even less.

An empire that will rise from the ashes of chaos and unite all the spanish speaking people of the americas. After securing and stabilizing the former lands of southern mexico and implementing martial law, the army marched south east, slowly but steadily taking over the southernmost terriotries one by one. The people of these former provinces welcomed the forces very eagerly, seeing them as their only hope for long-wanted peace and order in their lives. All was going well. City after city joined the new state. Triumph echoed through all the lands as Riva's army entered and secured Mexico City. But the march continued, taking what used to be Guatemala and Belize. Riva's army finally stopped as it entered the City of San Salvador. Its outskirts were marked as the new union's frontiers. No one knew what lied beyond the impenetrable jungles of the honduras and nicaragua or who had taken control, if anyone at all. It was decided that the march, at least for now would stop there. It was time for reconstruction, organization and planning. But Riva's movement gained more and more support. More people joined the cause, eagerly assisitng in reconstruction and even joining the army. The newly Formed State was named Gram Unión de Latinoamerica and Its leaders were more ambitious than ever. Targets like the panama canal, the worlds most valuable trading route, lied ahead.

Poland begins the development of the HK-416, this variant will be about half the cost and just as reliable. You see we had this type of special steel that we were working on quite a while hoping to put it on our Groza MBT, but i was too heavy in large numbers, so we worked on a lighter version for a weapon. This steel is cheap durable material that our HK-416 will be produced with. Also some parts on the HK-416 were replaced to match the parts of an AK-105 which means that our HK's can be quickly repaired. This weapon has just entered the development stage but it looks extremely promising. It is named the AK-416 and will be ready for service in about 4 years.

Hey, you want some support? I can provide you with some protection and that would let you take new territories and I could have rights to trade and berth military and comercial ships in singapoure and use as a small trading post in the Indo-Pacific. We could set up embassies in each other's country. Btw Renetopia , Seycheles, Comores, Lamu, Zanzibar, the Querimbas and Bazaruto archipelago are also islands (edit:) except for the last one that's an archipelago but it's a group of islands ...
