You never told him that...you do kind of just add stuff as we go.
IC, as I've read, Mr. Death God has stopped taking Cursed Souls, and is letting the Curse Devil pick them up, likely because it's less work.

It would be the highest karma subtracted by the lowest karma(under 0) made into a positive number. Then if the number goes below 0, it becomes a negative karma.
