Not ever, but it's not normal for you guys to go for the NPCs like that. There should be as many player-player wars as player-NPC ones.

Yeah, sure. Not that specific one, but the idea of controlling NPC actions is a good one. People would talk here and decide what an NPC would realistically do, and that happens.

So maybe you can have a event where Taiwan invades the Phillippines, but probably AFTER it unites with Vietnam.
