Hmm, maybe G-Corp can pull off the score ratings, and only a tad bit is coming from the actual SMAC but it is like so( Like SMAC did not have ballistics as a weapon type, nor kinetics but just full energy and missile in some ways)

He has only been working on it since Year 4, how is that been quite some time? You can lessen the time by constructing a Network Node but it will stand as so( within reason but I can go down a peg or so if it seems to much.)

Dr ford's team has been working on the tech for months before the ship arrived at Outworld. Also, Ford was researching the tech back on earth when he was working at Syntech.
I skipped researching in the first few turns so I don't start with an advantage...

Ok let me just say this, I go by the mechanics and if it doesn't show up that researching post-Planetfall, then I can't help you out because that will seem sort of unfair because I just hand a tech over to somebody because they where researching it back on Earth, however I can bend it a little to give less time on it because of the fluff, sounds fair?

Well, Nobody complained when In my first IC post I started researching before the my made planetfall... I thought it was okay... but than I thought it wouldn't be nice to start with 2 techs so I didn't do research anything in the first few turns to compensate...

Ok, that makes more sense, I didn't realize so like I said I will allow it this time because I will chalk that up as a miconsetiption on my part, but next time, there will be no next time.

Hay your farm will be done next turn/year.
@ G-Corp I think I will allow access to the Low-Com Array( Low because of the dense Ionosphere of Outworld) and it will allow the tech called" Sat-Comm Alternatives" which will allow a secret project and allow things like satellites( and missile attacks) also planetary drop pods which can have some new fun games for people who build and research them.

As far as I recall, New Social Norms should unlock New Economic Principals which should allow you to change the type of economic type your colony is running.
Also, it should be 3 turns for the Rec Commons to be built.
Also the new techs will probably be around year 7( except the ballistic weapons tree)
