You need 2 colors. A primary and a 2nd. There are more players than colors already...
Nothing important in the IC. Yeah, massive fortress is good, but you'll need to establish outposts to gather more resources...

Let me get the info on where you at, because if its where I think it is, you should have lower population, but high in Minerals, Metals, and Throium( which is the equalivelnet to Uranium in Outworld)

I'd be great with a smaller population but what numbers are we looking at here ?
The large amounts of resources would be greatly beneficial for my plans

Hell I'm going to be doing some very interesting things with my Colony

Word of warning for ya, if its anything goddmoddish or outrageous and you don't change it if I call it out( within reason of course) then I will drop a meteor on your colony. Just so we are clear before I see Mass Effect Reapers coming from colonies and having WH40K Space Marines( though later on we will greatly surpass both of them but that is very, very, far away)

Depends what you mean by cost. Considering they're genetically-enhanced to be superior than humans in every way and can do everything from gain another's memories by eating their brain (I believe it's their brain) and the psychological impact on your own troops and the enemy of having 8-foot tall behemoths fighting alongside you, I wouldn't call then ineffective for their cost.

Well this isn't Earth, I am going off the idea that people are still testing the literal waters of Outworld to see if the same principals and technology will work, but if you guys think that it should not be so because it doesn't make sense then I can change it up a bit.

Dr Ford notices that something is wrong with the simulation. He stops the experiment just in time to save the test subject. He realizes that the simulation's parameters were messed up from the beginning and they have to start the whole mind-altering drug research over...

That is considered low-tech and you can start trying to do that with the Applied Physics which can unlock Kinetic Weapon theories which will give you a railgun.
