To quote a great man:
"We hold life to be sacred, but we also know the foundation of life consists in a stream of codes not so different from the successive frames of a watchvid. Why then cannot we cut one code short here, and start another there? Is life so fragile that it can withstand no tampering? Does the sacred brook no improvement?"

Hmm, so even when there people undergo Evolution, they will still retain their humanity while others embrace their new forms. Well either way I am going to put up my post and the Year Turnover.

Actually no, but for more advance research labs, then yes. Also G-Corp, because you are being attacked by Mindworms, I will be adding random attacks against you and it will spread to the rest of the colonies( not the new ones that just recently made Planetfall) in Year 5, this will also go with a new combat mechanic when you are going to be fighting them, it only seems fair since you said you defended your colonies from attack.

Coolio. Can we space out the attacks between me and the others? An attack every turn would hamper me severely.

It will not happen every single time, that will be a douchebaggey move and it will hamper everyone( even me) however, I am thinking maybe every 3-4 turns/Years and make it random so therefore people can supe up their defenses when the attacks happen.

That sounds good. And movement through fungus can provoke attacks on a RNG?

I was thinking no, because I was thinking it will be to detrimental to the other colonies, but I am almost finished with the Year Turnover so tell me if the Mindworm attack is good for you or not.

So I have to attack them? Will they be in the fungus to my NW then?

Yes, I have put something on the Year Turnover to the point that they where testing you and that is how they exact their curiosity put the Fungus is like their home and how they will move around and it will grow every five years on another tile( in your case) but I think I won't turn on the battle mechanics until the Evolution Tree comes on or when you get attacked by the Fungus( by RNG of course) but I am just thinking that having a battle this early will not do anyone any good until later.

Interesting, remind me to build more Formers to hold back the fungal vortexes.

Also, are our formers expended once they've been used?

1) How long should it take my Former to build a mine?
2) We can build three colony pods at once?
3) Can you tell me about the three squares to the north that my Former's sensors have revealed, for my map?
4) Does New Social Norms cost 15 Research because it takes three turns for me to research at 5 Research Energy?
5) What do Recycling Tanks do?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to optimize my build order
