The year is 2167, and humanity is at its ‘Golden Age’ of electronics, and cyber enhancements are everything. From having a arm being replaced by a robotic one to having special implants which will give you anything from a watch to being able to interact with holographic images or simply customizing your eyes with special implants, there is always a implant for it. Due to a massive amount of industrial activity, a layer of haze has settled above earth which has covered up a good portion of sunlight and the polar ice caps have drawn back to barely existing, and now trees are a rare sight only held in environmental domes for producing foods while huge oxygen plants pump out clean water and oxygen gas.
Cyberus was first built in 2093 as a small business working with scientist to develop cyber technologies that would interact with humans with ease. Jace head of Cyberus a brilliant scientist and business man developed the first cyber-bio interface implant and after making several different variations he started mass producing them. Before 2110 less than 0.01 percent of the world population didn't have any sort of Cyberus implants. Over the next few years the world changed from a 21 century look to a 22 century look with Cyberus tech everywhere.
That’s the basic backstory, so yah you're in a Cyberpunk world ran by the company Cyberus which has dominated everything all the way up to the government, and down to every single last piece of technology. You can play just about anything from being a wealthy Cyberus manager with every single implant you can get, down to a street kid who only has a few implants, possibly with one being a slave/prisoner implant.

Implants, the basic rules:
First they need to be approved by me or my Co-OP(s) before they can be used second things such as slave implants are Illegal but can be used at my discretion (unless in the case that they are on prisoners) and, be creative when thinking something up for an implant. Non Cyberus Implant are either illegal or needs a severe amount of paperwork that goes through Cyberus in order to be able to build one, often the really ingénue ones are denied and Cyberus takes the blueprints and makes their own copy after modifying it (and Cyberus may even try to higher them).

Custom implants must be confirmed with the original maker (person) before they can be used, all implants are labelled by a number, custom ones will have a U before the number, and a Y will be there for Cyberus stuff. This means variations of the same thing can be made (I will insert this my self, you will need to edit your app to encompass this).

Appearance: Mallcom is the few rare true scandinavian descents with both blond hair and blue eyes. He stands at six foot nine and is a limber but well muscled man. Finally he has a large scar which goes from about an inch above and away from the outer edge of his left eyebrow, all the way down to near the base of his nose, making him look even more sour than he already is.
