I don't think it's a problem, it's just a mannerism that can possibly be misinterpreted.

The most powerful country in the world remains Great Britain, but in other parts of the world there have been some major upsets:

-In Europe, Austria has emerged as the dominant power, with reforms assisting it's economy and stability. Austria now presides over territory in Indonesia, as well as Belgium and Holland. They have strong economic ties with the KSD, and are still looking to expand their power and influence. However, Austria lies between a rock and a hard place, and is surrounded by malevolent alliances and treatise.

-In South America, Argentina has emerged as the dominant power. After winning two wars of conquest, Argentina has extended it's borders and is beginning to play on the intentional field. A recent event may change Argentinas position, as the nation has embarked on a journey from which it my emerge as the most powerful nation in the Americas, or as a defeated and humiliated puppet of other European powers.

-Egypt has gained an unexpected economical upsurge, as multiple countries have begun to buy it's silk, and both Austria and Britain rely upon to contact their Eastern colonies. Egypt's involvement in France, along with a contract with the Dual Monarchy, have shown it to be more powerful than it's Turkish master.

Here's a list of the most powerful played nations in the world
1- Great Britain (World Power)
2- Austria (World Power)
3- The Northern German Confederation (Continental Power)
4- Russia (Continental Power)
5- USA (Continental Power)
6- Spain (Regional Power)
7- Sweden (Continental Power)
8- Egypt (Regional Power)
9-The Ottoman Empire (Regional Power)
10-Japan (Regional Power)
11- Argentina (Regional Power)
12- Brazil (Central Power)
13- Italy (Central Power)
14- The Kingdom of South Germany (Central Power)
16- China (Protectorate)
17- Korea (Protectorate
18- Columbia (Central State)
19- Mexico (Central State)
20- Belgium (Protectorate)
21- Siam (Central state)
22- Madagascar (Protectorate)

Just so you know, a world power has colonies, major political influence, economic strength, internal stability, a huge modern army, a healthy large population, a strong navy, strong infrastructure, and participates regularly in world politics.
A continental power is missing only one of these traits.
A regional power is missing two of these traits.
A central power is missing three or more of these traits.
A central state is a state that is not a power.
A protectorate is a state that is not independent, but may still have any of the needed traits.

The "Patrimony of St. Peter" is essentially Rome proper. This is so due to that being the location of Peter's martyrdom and thus a nearly indelible connection to the Papacy.
