No the Balkans. But I am not quite sure I agree with the description. I am OOC'ly discussing with the Norrland to attack the Ottomans but I for one am not imagining large Swedish forces going to the Balkans (though thats just me, I don't know about the Norrland)

That is a very possible option. However, it will not happen until all current year time pockets are closed, that's a guarantee.

I am still not sure I agree with the current time system, but I will put my criticism aside for the moment and go with the flow.

Anyway, I think we must divide the Ottoman territories accordingly. I shall receive Bosnia and Herzegovina, all Ottoman territories in Africa which are not under the Khedivate of Egypt, unlimited access to Constantinople (or Istanbul, however one may call it),the island of Cyprus, and the western coast of Arabia. Russia receives the territories unmentioned which are not in Turkey.

Austria has acquired several colonial territories, has beaten France, and has doubled its navy in the process. Such a quick jump of power is not something that vermin can accomplish.

Russia isn't keen on cooperating with Austria, it is keen on fighting the Ottomans.

What you will get will depend on what you contribute. Russia is fighting a war to drive the Ottomans out of the Balkans, if Austria want to win control over Mediterranean territory it will have to make sure its contribution to a war effort is substantial enough to demand such things.

That is understandable. To me, it seems logical, for Austria has much more capability in the Mediterranean and the western section of the Balkans. Russia, on the other hand, has the capability of attacking and securing territories in the Middle East.

Its also some rudimentary precursors to a lukewarm Russian backing of some Scandinavist agenda.
