Our help will traduce to the one offer by the Mexican Republic. I checked the IC thread and Mexico did pledge to aid, but not with troops. So I will do the same for the sake of keeping with realism (and because it is pretty difficult for me to help right now )

To start with, we can give you monetary aid, as Mexico prescribe (I believe). So again, postpone the attack until we can aid you in some form

But I don't think that would be seen very honorable. I would use the RL arguments of unifying Italy under one flag

Of topic but in an RP I am OP'ing I am doing a post where I RP the death of a fictional pope and I am trying to figure out exactly what the Patrimony of Saint Peter actually is. At first I thought it was the parts of the Papal States located in Lazio but now I am wondering if it is simply a synonym for the Papal States in their entirety, can you enlighten me?

That is a very possible option. However, it will not happen until all current year time pockets are closed, that's a guarantee.

No the Balkans. But I am not quite sure I agree with the description. I am OOC'ly discussing with the Norrland to attack the Ottomans but I for one am not imagining large Swedish forces going to the Balkans (though thats just me, I don't know about the Norrland)
