Of course I can have a rough figure. If someone came back and was all "there were several dead people" versus "there were many, many dead people," then I can state it. Also, that figure was mostly exaggeration on Gladstone's part, based off of loose facts.

Even in WWI the Russian Army managed to all but crush the Ottomans and fight the campaign that ended Austria-Hungary's military might forever.

My army is fine. It has just went through some reforms and is certainly stronger than the Ottoman Army (as it was in WWI) not to mention enormous in size. In 1870 the Russian Empire has the highest GDP of any country in the world (it was stagnation and even recession from 1870 to 90 that resulted in the poor performance of Russia in WWI) when not counting colonies and if it comes to war with the Ottomans I don't down that Russia can get a result as good as in the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-78 after which the Ottoman Empire practically lost all of its European territories.

MICOC will attempt to full together LAEP and any other allies to aid the Ottomans. We can't have Russian Bear, British Lion and German... um, Bismarcks throwing their wieght around regardless for the world. THe buck stops here, Ottomans stand or death.
