NOTE: Since I am a colony, or a dominion, I would say that the military might be quite high, but they would also be imported from other places, and not just indigenous. Also, should I separate the native from the Empire, the native would then be the white population whilst the empire would be the total population?

The flag crisis isn't really a dependency. You just got me in trouble, but as you can see, things are fine for Colombia again. I wouldn't call it dependency but rather a sabotage.

Currently, Russia is the only who's taken action against you, and Austria will also soon realize that you attacked us.
