The OP's have decided that Albania couldn't have conquered so many territories, especially so soon after its declaration of independence.

Ok, but at least also include Kosovo and western Macedonia. That's where the original Albanian majority is.

I declared those places independent in the IC and then sent the Albanian army (militia) to quell any unrest in those areas to assert our dominance..

You do realize that you can't possibly have a strong militia to 'assert dominance' over those areas. You don't even have a full government yet...

I didn't. I do know.

It took the United States of America more than a year to form a functional, united government, and they were planning a local government since 1774, one year before the war began.
