If we go ahead with option #2, it will take weeks of prep and debate in order to perfect the beast. It took me about a week to make my last RP, and this one will, with either option, be twice as large.

I would outline specifics based on when we start it. Muzzle-loading muskets and rifles, wooden sailing ships (this is the pinnacle era of the type, so I'd allow high level frigates based on your country).

A lot also depends on your country. Your economy runs based on your real NS nation: if your economy is bad, you may not have access to certain things like mass production.

Something like that. I'd need to draft up a few ideas and present them to you guys first, which will not happen this week. I'd prefer if there was less emphasis on war and more on diplomacy and exploration in this RP, to be honest...

I'd put a ton of effort into this one. Plus I know a bunch of great RPers, many of whom are on this thread =)
