Any of you know the Historical RP Group? You could join that and discuss it with lots of other people there. Or, if not historical, Traveller's Cafe.

I know of it, but these are ones that I specifically am leading. I'd prefer to be sort of "at the head" so to speak, as well as have a separate thread for dialogue.

Would it be possible for me to advertise this thread on the Historical RP Group's page?

Actually, I would allow people to play reps. of other countries. Foreign relations were a key factor in this period of Germany's history; whether for economic help, or military aid, or for whatever. We will need people to play the countries of the world looking on in one form or another.
