Well, it's a start, we have a concept and that is the first thing that we need to finalized the mutation. Now that we have a concept, we need to think about some technicalities that may come with having corrosive blood.

Name: Corossive Blood
Range: Body Type: Conscious Physical
Duration: Constant Use: Constant
Number: Self Damage: (if any) Eats though metal

Effect: The mutants blood becomes corrosive, able to eat through metal, however it won't work on flesh, as otherwise the mutants organs would have been turned to mush.

Oh... I see you've already solved the organic problem. At the moment, I can see this coming into use, in the sense of getting stabbed, and your attacker pulling only a sword handle from your chest.

We can make this work, I'll just need to contemplate it fully, I don't want to overlook something (like the metal only part).

Would the blood be some sort of rust like substance? Or the Iron in the Blood easily rust when in contact with oxygen? I know I should be thinking something like the Aliens from Aliens when it comes to this mutation.

What sort of character do you have in mind for this power?

Is it possible the viens are coated with some sort of mucus that prevents dissolving of the tissue? Nah, that, that is against the concept. Corrossive blood that only corrodes metal.

Well, so long as the mutant doesn't have the Arterial Weakness defect they should be fine. (the mutation has were veins do not cut off so as to prevent bleeding, you just keep bleeding unless pressure is applied cause the blood to coagulate.

I think it would appear more often in mutant animals... However isn't there certain amounts of iron in blood? The mutants blood would have to have some other element In it.

Also if they have a mutation which allows them to turn themselves into metal, it would not end well at all...[/quote]

Their is a mutation that does that. One also where your skin becomes what you touch, so, corrosive blood plus garbing lead pipe for defense = no more arm.

It would be rather problematic.

The blood would need something, all blood carries mineral though out the body.

I really hated it when they killed off L in the Death Note anime, a mistake the films didn't carry out at least.

You can't kill yourself with the Death Note, but if you knew another HUMAN'S real name and face, you just write down that name while picturing that persons face, and if the cause of death isn't written the victim simply dies of a heart attack within 30 seconds of the name being written down.

The anime was pretty good, up until the point they killed L.

Agreed, the Anime was no longer of interest after that.

And I understand the rules, I noted it. I don't know why your laughing, she had a very hard life. No one understood her pain, why she cried, the people felt uncomfortable around her. She, she really *sigh*

Well, I'm going to not have Freedom of the Media in Harbertia... go back to censoring as I use to. Banning Death Note *sigh*

I'm going to go ahead, and see about listing the 152 (I may have miscounted) mutations beginning with the defects in alphabetical order.
