Some elements of Saya's personality, the fact she had foster parents, and doesn't seem to feed a lot on human blood (in Saya's case this causes her to be constantly hungry which causes her to eat excessive amounts of food, and to go Bezerk if she does feed on blood, as she represses the hunger a lot), and the fact that Saya also plays the violin, much like Myra. The fact they both wear red, white, and black.

You can see how I didn't want a whole "I bit the master, that makes me a full vampire right?" or... if someone received a blood transfusion from an awakened, who has yet to awake, what would that do to them? It could be that question that also lead me to the whole ritualistic part. That, and to avoid a whole bunch of characters being turned from being bitten.

For those who are not vampires, the exact cause is never clearly stated except that these girls have always been in poor health. From my experience, they always end up dead or kidnapped causing the hero of the show to go on an adventure or quest for revenge.

The way Myra acts, and some of what I say concerning the Awakened under "Becoming a Vampire" actually goes well with the condition, so I can see them getting diagnosed with it, prior to the on set of Vampirism.

I don't know if I'm on long enough to host an RP, so I'd see about talking to vid if I where you, so both of you could get the RP roling.

As for necromancy, I would say too fantasy, though the Hora can take over the body of corpses, if you don't mind working with them. All they have to do is wear the body like a suit, and play dumb, drain some soul energy from screaming victims while they're at it. The Hora could even reward loyalty by making it seem like your necromancy is getting better at his trade by making the corpses seem smarter, or even pretending to be the resurrected dead though voice mimicry, and pre-ritualistic soul reading of the the individual prior to their death, and resurrection.

Whats the exact medical cause of the bloodlust? Or has that not been covered yet?

The Bloodlust is a survival mechanism that kicks in should she not feed, for something bad happens to a vampire if they don't consume 4.7 liters of blood with in a 72 hour time span. Failing to do so results in a near Comatose state of deep sleep, which can soon to be followed with death unless infused with blood, as their bodies are dependent on blood to survive. A vampire can only last so long in a state of Blood Lust, and the longer they last, the more instinctive they become. That is currently the medical cause of the bloodlust.

The reasoning behind this concept came from Vampire Bats, who feed completely on blood, and die if they do not consume half their body weight over a fourty-two hour period. Blood Lust it's self though was a typical vampire drawback, that even Bella from Twilight suffered (I mean, she almost fed upon a cliff climber).

But the plasma only forms the blade when the user has his/her hands on the hilt) Emperor Tedian of The Terliran Empire on board the mysteriously abandoned TES Nova omega class battle cruiser Tedian and 120 other Imperial Guards had split up into groups of five as they landed in the hanger. When they first saw the ship there was no signs of battle, no holes in the hall and everything seemed normal as the power was still working. The ship seemed normal only 24 hours ago and now nothing. No messages were sent out and no problems were reported, as the shuttle crafts left the hanger and went to a safe distance away from the ship Tedian gathered his men and stood upon several crates. "I understand we are uneasy about this, but we are pure Terliran, we have faced things scarier than this and survived. This is easier than the rebellions almost a century ago, we must find what happened to the ship and her crew. squads 1-16 we will check the bridge and area around it and retrieve the voyage recorder. Squads 17-26 you will head to engineering and see what is going on there. Now the rest you will check all the other parts of the ship and you can split it up as you please. Dismissed!" Tedian then hopped off of his crates and rejoined his squad by signaling for them to put their helmets on. When they all did he nodded and they started to move out, "Plasma swords as the ready, these are close quarter if anything is here we should use these." Then they started to work their way through the ship, it was dead silent besides the radio chatter. But this made this easier for Tedian as he knew nothing was happening to his men. As they just reached the stairs to bridge Tedian caught something out of the corner his eye. He quickly turned to where he saw it and nothing was there, this disturbed him and the men turned and looked at him. "Keep moving, I though I saw something. Probably just a shadow since were are all on edge. Tedian then joined the men in going up the stair case to the 2 deck bridge. Tedian had half of the men search the first deck and the rest search the second. Tedian joined the group on deck two as that was where the voyage recorder was, he walked up to the captains station and pushed a button on the console and out popped the recorder that he was looking for. Then the chatter on the radio turned to screaming. "No, no he-" the sound of plasma rounds being shot was heard. "Get off the ship now, things are here they look like humans but their not!" Then all went silent and Tedian got on the comms. "All shuttles meet up in the hanger, All men fall back to the hangers!" Barked Tedian as they all started to rush down the stairs as several of the creatures were at the bottom cutting down 40 men. Tedian jumped over the creature and then used his plasma swords to cut their heads off and then cut the bodies in half. "Grab their tags! Squad 1-4 we all need to be careful!" Then they started to go a brisk pace down the halls of the ship. Chatter was alive again and all the channels were full of screaming. By the time they reached the hanger only 7 squads were there and the shuttles were ready to go. They quickly board and just in time as the creature entered the hanger and Tedian jumped in the gunners seat and started to open fire upon them. Once they reached the ship the men were sent to the med-bay and Tedian went to the bridge where the captain was waiting. "We have the recorder, now blow that ship to pieces. The things on board are too dangerous and their are not any survivors all are dead." Said Tedian as the captain nodded and turned to the gunner and ordered them to fire. The guns came to life as the shields dropped and the cruiser exploded and sent a shock wave in every direction. Tedian went to his quarters and then started to read the voyage recorder.
