It was more because it moved power away from the states to the people of said states. Also, I do not think it is the time. If you put forth such things though as letting Germany run the economy of Southern European countries, I think I will hang out a while.

There is always time for nationalisation, Mr. EU. Also, your "Yes" is not as prevailing as your "No". Perhaps it is some interesting language which has mixed up those two words, ah well, I can help you with that.
