And those are?

Rwanda, Egypt, Cuba but I have less problems with them, it's just I think it may be too soon. There are also others on there but I feel that people may just disagree with me on those.

Wait, do you mean IC or OOC? Rwanda is already on it currently IRL. Can't change that. If you don't like Egypt and Cuba, is it because IC or OOC because if it's IC I could give less than two potatoes.

Non permanent members until 12/31/15:
- Belarus
- Brazil
- South Africa
- Iran
- Egypt

How about this then?

My Belarusian people,

As our neigbors in the north, Lithuania, step up their aggression towards us, I must take this time to reassure all of you that you are safe from any hostile action from them. As of today, I just ordered 20,000 soldiers to the Belarusian/Lithuanian border. Furthermore, I have sent a representative to the United Nations to gain support in a time of need. Other then this sad news, I bring you all great news on this eve, in a move to create more liberties and freedoms, I have lifted the ban on the previously blocked websites. By tomorrow afternoon, all Belarusian internet service providers will remove the URLs of all sites that we have ordered to be blocked. Be safe my people, good night.

Does Mr. Lukashenko have a death wish?

Yeah, but we are talking of having a new group. Also, how do they pick nations for this, and what regions re the ones being picked? I would image one from each continent or so, but that does not seem right.

Hint, hint. Finland and Norway. That problem could be easily resolved by a Nordic Union btw, letting Denmark and Sweden take control of them collectively.

No no no. That's not how it works at all.

For the record guys, the people on the security council aren't suppose to be the people involved in major issues. Syria wouldn't get on just because its having trouble and needs to be discussed. DPRK wouldn't get on just because its in trouble. The UNSC works without the intervention of such nations. Syria wasn't in on UNSC meetings in 2013 about it same goes for DPRK. The UNSC works really with just the Big 5 and some tag along voters to keep things fair.

Then, how does it work? Also, South Korea is on, but a list was made suggesting new nations, instead of the current 2014 ones, where South Korea was on.

Oh, I see. Also, as I now read up a bit on the whole security council deal and stuff, I have been rather ignorant of UN politics so far, should we not vote on each of the candidates?
