Actually, that'd be pretty common. A lot of people sacked and pillaged Rome into the later days of the 'Holy Roman Empire'. It was sort of like a rite of passage among barbarians and other people.

Not really. Pretty much every race was enslaved or had to deal with barbarians at one point or another.

It's part of the reason why I don't buy into the whole 'counter-racism' BS going around.

But that's a different can of worms I'd rather not open in public.

Still ironic and kind of fitting. The city of conquerors being conquered.

Hello, this is a bit difficult so I am going to keep it short.

Verdum, or Virgil Collins, was a dear friend of mine who probably spent more time talking on this thing than his own family. I know this by looking at where he posted most and must say I am surprised.

We went camping this weekend and Virgil decided to go down a steep hill when he lost control and plummeted into a ravine, crushing his skull and breaking ribs.

I know this isn't the place, and you probably don't care due to him just being another face, but from how I glanced through this you guys seemed at least able to stand him.

I'm sorry to bother you, goodbye.

There comes a point where you just don't prank people with things. You don't do that kind of thing with death.

Which means that if it is, this is going to backlash him so hard...

True.

@VERDUM: If this is some sort of joke, please say it now, and it won't be mentioned again.

Which could be his friend after logging on, or a delay in the 'online' marker going away.

I am suspect because how would X know his password, but nonetheless gravely concerned.

Possibly. But when death is the subject matter, there is no overreaction.

We'll know of it's legit or very devoted to a prank in a few months' time.

I would be more concerned if I'd not run into a similar incident in a past region, generally don't pay much attention to these kinds of things now.
