Do I assume correctly that there is no pending legislation that will incur costs?

L110 has a cost down, but I imagine L109 and L108 would have expenses, also. As for the motion and the amendment, they shouldn't bring any expense since they stay on the Floor.

L108 would have minimal costs, if at all.
It mostly is a definition of the powers of the position.

Organisational legislation (MODA, COMA, etc) won't have costs, and even if they do they'd be minuscule in comparison to something like the Income Tax Act or the Free and Fair Education Act. I'm going to exclude them simply because they won't change anything budget-wise (we deal in billions most of the time).

It's not going down the drain. It's simply going stagnant since we don't have much organization in voting.

The Prime Minister is the Senate President, but it is purely ceremonial and he only ecersises that power if theres no PpT
