So Ark, did my char pass?
@TJ: I'll edit it later to arms smuggling, excortion, and money laundring.

Not for long. It's good to have a head start from the police

Only Conservatives, I presume?

Also, how does voting go about, does every OOC player get one vote, or? Also, is Corburn a federal or a unitary state? Or should we decide that? Also, should Senator Salisbury (my senator) have a constituency?

He as invited me for a meeting - to possible strengthen the ties between our two parties. (I'll obviously contact you and Tiberium before making a decision).

Also, every OOC player votes for himself and the 39 senators attached to him. So technically every OOC player gets 40 votes.
I think it's unitary, but I may be wrong.
Probably he should have.

Millia: You're accepted, forgot to say.

Also, I made this really quickly just so everyone can get a taste of how life in Corburn is changing; the graphs are very basic because only two sets of data have actually been put in. Also, I changed the legislation template to say "Please include the formula to work out the cost of your bill (if there is a cost at all)" in the Enactment Clause. Police Acts will definitely incur costs, so please work them out (say, 0.3 police officers per 100 people [UK standard], so 3% of the population multiplied by your preferred cost-per-officer ratio, or whatever, really).
"Revisionism is nothing else than a theoretic generalisation made from the angle of the isolated capitalist. Where does this viewpoint belong theoretically if not in vulgar bourgeois economics?"

I did the calculations, and I think the cost would be about $7,587,000 a year, give or take a few thousand.

Also, regarding the police, I believe that the local police departments should all be connected to the main police departement, and belong to it. Not several different police forces like in the US, but one, just that each city has it's own police force.

What's the formula?

I assumed the population was around 2,650,000. I found 3%, which is 79,500. I multiplied that by $95,434.

0.3 people per 100 would equate to 0.3%, wouldn't it?

I think we should have 5% police officers. Then give me control of the police force. I promise to get rid of the mobsters then. Even if they are not doing anything criminal.

That would cost a lot of money. Like, a lot and a lot of money. Like, 17 times more than what Jamessonia proposed.

I fixed the sums in the act itself, by the way.

Does the Cabinet act IC or are their decisions more of an OOC process?
