Spanish? Portuguese maybe?
Whatever it is, I don't speak/read it.

I think I do,however,understand the following words:
Black, torment,obscure,death,enemy,not.

But, english would serve to explain, what does it mean?

Yeah, Aires is air and nos is us, and not not - should've definitely known those two.

Regardless,your point being?
Your party seems to have declined the idea of setting up a paramilitary.
Should you really try and march against the enemy1, it'd be a bloodbath. A massacre as has never been before, which would probably end with most2 of your senators dead.
1 - Assuming that's us
2 - We are trying to buy Xavier a bit of time (to live), so if he had the decency and not run into his death, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Also, for the record, with many of the Guardists being in the castle, it's technically us who have barricades, not you.

If you look at my most recent post in the Senate thread, I mention a moderated caucus. What I mean by this is as follows:

A Dais is chosen, and they will take no bias or side in the caucus. Their job will be to moderate.
The Dais asks for all those wishing to speak, and they say I and a speakers list is formed of that.
Everyone on the speakers list is given a certain number of times to speak.
We then either:
A) Go through the speakers list in the order than the Senators are placed on it, or
B) Allow the Dais to choose who speaks next.
Once every turn in the speakers list has been exhausted, the "doors are locked" and no further argument is made as the issue is voted on.

In the thread, I'm specifically suggesting debate over the clause of capital punishment, not the entire Act. Every controversial part could be put through an MC, but that, I imagine, would take hours.

All right, I'll propose it through Intonarl and, unless there any discrepancies, offer him as Dais. Should we go on the single issue of capital punishment, or tackle them all (including the Sectiom V clauses) at once?

EDIT:

I'd like to mention that my character is James Fergus, not James Ferguson. I see some people making that mistake, and I wanted to clear it up.

So, more posts, ey? Wonderful. Anyways, I could introduce myself to the newcomers, as I've been away the last 12 hours. I'm one of the Monarchist Senators, acting out on the fascist wing of the party. I do however not know which constituency (spelling?) I come from, so, yeah. I am also not on the roster. Am I even accepted?

Hmm, so many questions... Also, there should be two more lounges according to me. One more for the Monarchist, so there is one OOC and one IC. And then also a senators lounge, where senators discuss IC. The senate thread would then only be used for official votings.

Well, what started out as an IC turned OOC...... So should we leave it as OOC and create an IC?
But that would mean that the ICish opening posts are for nothing. An other option, though more complicated it can end up with nice results, would be trying to delete all OOC posts going backwards.

And yes, I think a Senate Lounge might make the votes more discernible. Though I say that also the laws themselves be posted there, but review, commentary, and debate being in the other thread.

I'd have his head, but you only have a king's head, and the PpT is more of a position of honor and moderation than of government, so sure, I suppose. Not that Jonathan would vote for you, but sure, no objection.

You can be an anybody, which was one of the selectable classes of characters in the app. I first intended on it meaning you were a voter, a family member and/or an employee yet it could very well include organised criminal. Rob banks, bribe Senators. Even better, have 9 other secondary characters beneath your Don Millia.

This is becoming better as time progresses, now I even have somebody I could use the guards on - without two-thirds a senate conspiring against me.

Nope.Avi
We, have a castle. Everybody knows that having a castle as your base quadruples your soldiers in numbers and their discipline *nods*

Seriously though, avoid attacking in the monarchists or in views of the guardists, and we must not be rivals.
Who knows, maybe the guard could even use a few auxiliaries someday.
