The Monarchists I've seen active nowWe are two, that's not much seeing are very much involved in the program.

Sorry about the sexism, but the second emboldened one just means you don't have to wait for the voting time to finish if the legislation has already gotten a majority vote. There would be no need to wait an extra day or two.
