Technically. A lot of different polices, too. But they're primarily for protection of custome-- individuals. Still armed, though.

But the private police force sounds like a good idea. If only we could motion for them with 1/3 agreement on the funding.

5. All Paramilitary groups not recognized by the Senate as a national entity shall be outlawed
5.1 The members of these groups shall be tried for treason by the senate
5.2 The verdict for these trials will be decided with a majority vote
5.3 Any senator associated with these groups shall be dismissed from the Senate and banned for 3 terms, in addition to the punishment recieved from their trial
5.4 This trial shall be presided over by the Senate President pro Tempore
5.5 These paramilitary groups will be forced to hand in any and all equipment they have

ALso, since he has already moved against the government, why should he obey new laws put up? I mean, the stones are in motion. The soldiers wont just put down their guns and say, oh wait, this is illegal. LEt's go home boys.

Corburn National Police, they're important because the passing of my Police Act banned paramilitary groups, and they're currently our only defense against Jonathan, except they haven't been formed yet.
