Question: are the soldiers and equipment from Corburn or from the outlying tribes? And they're attacking Corburn?

The paramilitary?
Corburnians?
It's equipment? Both Legally bought equipment from somewhere (maybe corburn) and now also heavier equipment from the army.

Not only are there restrictions on the military, but the MoD is bound by the Senate, and the minority party has control over the military should he Senate approve it.
Thus, the NCP can stop you for one thing, but they don't have to since all defense forces already have an obligation:
2.1. Establishing restrictions on the military and any associated national defensive forces, which
2.1.1. Will act purely in the interests of the People of Corburn, and
2.1.2. Are reserved purely for defensive purposes.
The MoD does not have the power to demand the military to attack Corburn.
The Jonathanian States wrote:3.2 Orders the members of the pre-corburnian armed forces and/or 'Military Communes' to hand their materials and equipments to the MoD officials who will be responsible for it, so it can be used for a new Unified Army.

I never will.
I would order my Paramilitary - using Army equipment from L112 - to do so.
