I guess, I have a question though. For war (and the Olympic games) how you win will depend on the quality, length, the environment, and the ability of the character (army) right?

Yep. For the Olympics I'll mainly just decide who won based on the descriptions of those sent. Battles are RPed.

I know but to prevent godmod and unfair judgement I just meant the OP and his co-op should take in account all those things to decide who wins battles and possibly things like the Olympics.
