I'm not sure about names, but there is EAST, which pretty much contains South-East Asia, there's the American group, which has all three American countries involved, and then there's the one between the Republic, the NUSSR, and the Nordic.

The use of the phrase 'camel jockies' is an offensive term, no matter if they 'ride camels' or not. It's a term meant to rile others up. Just like 'tranny', just like 'faggot', just like many others out there. Just because one may be what the word or phrase describes doesn't mean it's okay to use it.
