What's wrong with red eyes and silver hair? To me, having those combo makes them an automatic badass, well there's black hair and blue eyes, I like those too.

Nothings really wrong, I mean, look at Salvia, Myra, and Mea. See the similarities? It's just, the combination seems to imply something about them, Most of the time such characters are either inhuman, or magically infused (via heritage). I can't think of a single character with such a combination that does not meet one of those criteria. It's, a bit off putting. I could barly get past the Tamaru family having such a combination. And again, my problem this is.

They got it from their mother's side.

But what about if somebody is real threat to him? He's been threatened to be killed or he's being held by gunpoint.

Either I get bored of him and let him die...
Or I save him via intervention from his stronger ancestors who can save him.

After listening to Emma by Denace, I got this idea.

Character name:Andromache Uhler
Age:16
Gender:Female
Appearance:https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSaeZK5cJmi5mYS0RXADQ5RiwN6lS-WFWvg6YsLEn-Kw4QwIdyvuw
Grade:10th
Years in Academy (Max is 9 years.):
Country from: (Whether they are transfer students or not, it is international.)America
Class:1-B
Personality:Depressed, Andromache is the problem child of the Uhler family. She hates Savior for being gone so often when she needed her, and wishes Savior was just home more. That was when she was 12, now Andormache is a drug addict, and in relationships with men twice her age. Now she seems to careless for Savior. That is not true.
Powers:Same as Helena and Achilles
Drawbacks:Is really depressed, and addicted to drugs, thanks to Savior never being there when she needed her.
Bio: Let me think.
RP Sample:
“There are three ways to ultimate success:
The first way is to be kind.
The second way is to be kind.
The third way is to be kind.”

I'm interested in the idea of a Putnam appearing at the School (just not Addie, she's too old to attend).

You want a super hyper character?

He'd require motivation....that or purely on the human instinct to survive combined with his cowardice.

Forgot I was listening to the the the manufactured sounds of the human heart beating, to try and get an idea of what being Myra is like.

It actually wan't that bad, though I imagine if it were to come from more then one source, like a whole group, then yes, that would be annoying.

Im wondering what effect James' blood would have on Myra

I somehow get the feeling James doesn't appear to be the most appetizing individual in the room. Though, theoretically where she to feed off him, and if his blood is green, I'd assume it wouldn't be something enjoyable to her.

Indeed, though he does have a lot of blood, being somewhat taller and heavier than regular humans.

I just realized, that even if she did get it in a bottle, her fangs would start to protrude more, as she would be feeding.

2 pints = 1 liters so... that's four bottles. Though she might just give up on the charade after the 1st bottle... Max isn't gonna like this. Bug man, Reluctant Vampire. She really should talk to Max, but Max doesn't seem interested in conversing.

Harb, what's the likely hood of a half-vampire, that's actually a quarter Hora?

Simple really.

Addicted Hora + Human = Awakened Vampire

This Awakened Vampire mates with normal Human

Result is a quarter Hora half vampire who's powers are comparable to that of a Fledgling.

I never did cover how such a being would be treated in Vampire society.

How about a quarter vampire, would that cause them to be more "human" and have more likely have a genetic mutation than getting vampire powers?

It would, they would be far less likely to have the need to feed on blood, possibly not even inheriting the Vampire condition. If their powers were derived (variations of the Vampiric powers) they may be considered Metahuman (think Addie Putnam, who is human with Longa Heritage that gives her her powers). Though if any power was some how a deviation of heritage, then the individual would have to be considered a mutant. Though Addie is the best example of something like what you describe.

Three of Addies powers come from her heritage, though one (energy manipulation) may not, it could be a mutation. Though it might have derived from Light Manipulation.

Sure!

(looked up light manipulation, turns out electrical manipulation, as seen in Addie, is a part of light manipulation)

Well, time for me to get off for the night :)

Had to get back on, I think my comparison is a bit off, but for some reason Droopy, the really sad, depressed dog came to my mind when I made the post, thus I somehow ended up making a comparison between James and Puppies.

Can bring my self to think of an alternative comparison, as it is late here, and my mind has been well exercised. At the moment, it seems natural, thus making the change even harder. In truth, I imagine James sounding like those mono-toned bulky people from Mass Effect. I'd find a link to a sample, but it's late, and I could not find it using the search 'monotone mass effect' on Youtube.

I believe they're called Elcor.

The only problem with that is that his telepathic voice should convey emotion...Im thinking about him having a telepathic voice similar to the voice he had before he transformed. Im not sure what it should sound like though...

Well, I've explored Alexandra's current state in a few hypothetical situations. It's a surprise, but a good piece of writing I think.
Economic Left/Right: -10.0 (previously -6.45)
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -7.18 (previously -4.72 )
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves;
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
