Like, someone counting sheep in their sleep, and then their is a black sheep which is unusual as most of the time the sheep are blandly white so as to make them a bore (that's part of the sleep exercise)?

half because he's quite the oddball, the other half because he sleeps often.

It really doesn't have much gravity in the real world and mostly ends in a character being mentally scarred for life. next step is deciding whether wounds in the dream will have any effect on reality... and whether that might get overpowered

I think I understand what's happening.

Kushiro is making his way rapidly towards the dorm, he calls upon a stranger to join him as witness, as the stranger inquires as to why he continues as he loads his gun with blood rounds "No real reason....". he says has he slides it unseen back into his coat.

The stranger still follows as both are unaware of two sets of red eyes that gaze down upon them from with in Myra's room. The gaze is murderious! Quickly Kushiro draws to fire only for a cable to pierce his leg as it shoots though the glass towards the ground. This cable's head opens into a hook that pulls him towards the window, and into the wall. Following this impact he crashes upon the ground and shouts viciously, despite his injury, "You BASTARDS!"

Am I correct?

However having come to the conclusion that Myra has no information on Vampire activity in Kyoto (as she's a recently awakened foster child who lived like a normal human till last year). Thus having nothing to offer, she can only serve as another victim. He tried to bait her once, which only brought her into a blood rage where she nearly killed him. She was punished for nearly killing another student, and is now forced to reside at the school (away from her foster family). Kushiro has recovered and is here to finish the job - to take down a vampiric monster.

so how many people do we have against the hunters? is it just me plus two other characters or the guy I tripped as well?

My character would most likely wake up and attack at the point someone yells loud enough. So he's likely the 2nd person to go.
