I'm working on an app, but I was wondering how far are we into the apocalypse? Time wise I mean?

Doge, I can get an post IC response to your character, but I'm working my way through an summary of the third Episode right now, so I might be a little while. So you know, the Compound is pretty much off the grid. It was made to be a "secret" military installation, so it doesn't have phone lines.

Would it be okay if Allison went out on another scav run? I kinda want her to talk with Phon, but I can see that won't be happening.

I don't see why not. I don't think Shelton's initiated a curfew (yet). Though, I think I remember that he didn't want anyone leaving the Compound while Cole/Nick/Anna parley with Stryker, so you might have to sneak her out.

So what's the "Semi-Open" limit? Is there anything particular I should know before making an app, or is it just a general 'reviewed first' idea like most RPs?

Generally reviewed first. Plus no military characters; we've had a run on those and we feel that the RP shouldn't be weighted toward them.
