It just seems like he wants to be treated as an adult, but then won't embrace the maturity and responsibility that it requires. Blaming everything on his father after everything they've gone through? Treating Rick like a piece of shit and that little Shane comment? Yes, Carl just lost his sister, but Rick also just lost a daughter and is now literally struggling to survive.
Nothing pissed me off more than seeing Carl briskly walking ahead, arrogant-faced with that stupid sheriff's hat (hey dad, thanks for the symbolic gift now go fuck yourself), as his father, near death, limps behind him and gets completely ignored. I get that you're a angsty teen Carl, but if you want to be treated like the adult you say you are, you can't act like that. "My father could be dead right now, but let me just chill on this roof and eat pudding." And when he returns, he acts like such tough shit, "I took out three walkers I don't need you"- If I recall you nearly got killed twice on that little 30-minute endeavor.
Now I understand that his young sister has died, and that's horrible, but did you see Beth ever talk like that to Hershel after she lost her own mother and boyfriend within one night? Nope, she did her duty to her family, kept quiet unless needed, and pretty much raised Judith. I don't want Carl to die- he's only a child after all, and I know it's hard to grow up in a world like this. But he needs a really big reality check-he can't act like an adult if he's not willing to respect his father or at least help him when he's clearly struggling to just walk.
The Michonne part was awesome.
Well, I have a two-week vacation coming up this weekend so I'll be able to post all the time then.

I like the idea of a flashback, so do it, and then I'll have us reach a supermarket or something to search for supplies.
