Unless you were tracking the spell's origin (through magic) you wouldn't be able to tell the Tiena was magnifying the stadic electricity, otherwise it could be anybody who can chuckaround lightning, and skilled at it.

He doesn't need to join now but here is a character (so if anybody needs a partner than he will come in, otherwise I will wait till later to pull him in).

Name: Kgra'kec of the Teggak
Race: Rkeek
Appearance: http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2012/ ... 5olf71.jpg
Class: technecally it would be Spellsword/Warlock/Druid
Magic Focus: Rkeet Shaman (imagine mixing a dnd shaman, a barbarian and a swordmage into one clase), mostly focused on the animal spirits.
Faction you will be in once you graduate: none yet if any.
Bio: Nearly halfway around the world from the academy, a series of islands and small subcontinents holds one of the most dangerous 'semi-civilized' species, the Rkeek. The they were recently discovered by a explorer, who by chance met a desperate warlord, who was smart enough to make an alliance with the mammals from across the sea. Using several advanced technologies which he had bargained for he managed to bring back glory and even secure two subcontinents (many islands can be walked from ine to another), in trade they sent a few of there own people back including one of their young shamans, which also happened to be the son of the warlord, who was swapped with the head explorers son (a water wizard).
Personality: Leader, Warrior, and Soldier. He is a tough person who will lead into a fight and isn't bothered in the slightest by sleeping on the ground in the outdoors while it is a storm, or fighting in the same contitions, waist deep in water. He can be very strict and will take charge when whomever is in charge fails, and hates people complaining with a passion.
Faults: Tends to be over eager for fights (but not infights, fights against an a opponent that is not 'of his tribe'
Anything else of note: he is one of the few who have learned the common language real well (however his sounds like he learnt it from sailors, wonder why)
Number: 8456 (Keep this in your App, it allows me to find them easier)

Name: Rkeek Shaman magic
Origins: The Rkeek
Class: Spellsword/Warlock/Druid (proposal to mak a Shaman class, which would be something between a Warlock and. Druid)
Abilities: Sommon animal and occasionally ancestorial spirits for various tasks.
Drawback: Only Rkeet can use this magic, also due to the distance from his home land, he can't sommon any of his ancestors, (you have to be a blood descendant).

Name: Rkeek, Rkeet is plural
Culture: warrior tribes which are constantly fighting each other however the have a strict code of honor which everybody follows (or face certain death). Although they are not a race of scientists they learn very quickly (their childhood is very short compared to humans), and adapt even faster.
Appearance: above char app has the general idea
Special abilities: other than having their own special type of magic they don't have any special abilities.
Relations with other races: depends on who you ask the genuinely they treat everybody the same until they know them well enough (usually after three to five skirmish battles)
Anything else of note: they are carnivores.
Broadside dead ahead!

No, this comment is not meant to be sarcastic.

A name or two would be more helpful than just "the person who had a guy". Don't you think?

Actually quite often I don't think, Greak Korean Empire, char: Julius.

He specified that it was a girl, not just a person. (I might be a little paranoid about this)

Ah see better. Now we understand who you are speaking in reference to.

Although arguable the buildup of static discharge can be kind of obvious because there needs to be an epicenter from where this charge up is coming from. Your character, being the epicenter, would be the most obvious origin of the power buildup because she would be the most affected by it with her hair standing on end and static shocks coming off of her body. Not too mention when electricity intensifies to high voltages you can more or less see it affecting the air around it because it is also producing heat. Think like how you see heat and how it seems to warp the air. The air around her would be the most warped because again she is the epicenter of this power build up.

Race: Human
Appearance: ( A picture is OK)
Class (Or you could be a Paladin): Warlock
Magic Focus: Spirit Host, Inhabited by a spirit who died in a prison. This gives him the ability to conjure long chains from his back with spikes on the ends which he can controll. He can use these chains to climb up walls and he can conjure up to six, his limit if he lets Inmate take control is much greater. He can also conjure a wall of force that lasts for a while. He also has the ability to summon spikes that burrow from the ground.
Faction you will be in once you graduate: Lorriens
Bio: Was born in the country of Mortus, previously known as Henuria before the Lich Drathin took control. Now it is a place of undeath where the few humans there cling to life desperately. Silresus narrowly escaped on a caravan going to the college, however the things he saw will haunt him to this day. However a spirit was forced into him by a powerful magical artifact. He was accepted into the college as a warlock
Personality: Quiet, Intense, Haunted, can be kind and caring at times (Inmate: Sadistic, Ruthless, Cruel)
Faults: Not very sociable, can be a bit of a downer.
Anything else of note:
Inmates real name is unknown. And if Specter knows it he's not telling. Names have power over the dead...

Name: Tacere Letum
Age: 51 ( 17 Appearance-wise)
Race: Human (Abnormal ?)
Appearance:
Image

Class: Sorcerer
Magic Focus: Fire, Air, Ice, Lighting, and Earth
Faction you will be in once you graduate: Undecided
Bad Bio:
Tacere Letum was the son of two strong Rusa sorcerers who's ultimate goal was to make their offspring as powerful as possible and he was there one chance. They planned to enact a once in a lifetime ritual using long forgotten spells to make him the perfect mage and to make their bloodline a legend. The ritual involved very powerful spells to be cast on the child shortly after birth and they began by granting him access to all magi focuses open to sorcerers which in itself would make him gifted. They didn't stop there desiring more to use and they began by casting a near deadly spell to make him be able to cast spells far beyond his scale with little training or skill but at the result of brutally injuring himself. They were beginning to cast another spell to make his body extremely resilient to damage and prone to extreme amounts of healing to counter-act the previous spell’s flaw. During this there focus swayed as they felt a powerful creature closing in breaking through magical barriers they set up. His mother kept the spell up alone as his father turned to see what had come to attack them during such a crucial moment. His father upon sight of the Elder Void Dragon landing several meters away from him spread despair through his whole body as he knew he wouldn't be capable of defeating such a creature alone or even with his wife. His father shouted for his wife to get there son away at all costs as he began to conjure boulder sized fireballs to try and least delay the dragon. The void dragon seemingly didn't care about the puny feeble mage attacking him but it felt the air rip with long forgotten magic and come to stop such action. It seemed confused as the female human abruptly got off the spell and began to cast a teleportation spell focused on the small human baby who they seemed to be the focus of the spells that were casted earlier. It seemed to stop the ritual for now but they would try again and it had to stop the humans from potentially completely the ritual at a later date. It opened its jaw as it breathed pure raw purple magical essence onto the humans as the teleportation spell was completed sending the small child a great distance away. The child arrived at dear friend of his parent’s house which shocked the friend quite a bit as words entered his mind. The words made him sad as he found out his two close friends had perished but they managed to keep their son alive who he would take care of and try to teach the arts of Sorcery to the child. He immediately learned that as the child aged that his gifts for magic were extreme but casting magic seemed to damage the child’s body varying from the power level of the spell cast. He was immediately worried but it seemed he possess beyond human healing and could survive wounds that would slowly kill a normal human. The child’s potential power could be great and exploited greatly so he kept him hidden from his own friends and fellow sorcerers. Tacere grew up only having human interaction with the man who he came to see as his father and his skill with magic rapidly growing to adapt to his power. He slowly came to the realization that his father was aging very rapidly in contrast to him and was soon needing help with doing simple things. He was about the age of 14(appearance-wise) when his father died but in his final days he had wrote his final message informing him that he wasn't his true father and his parents died defending him when he was born. He also informed him of a college for mages quite far away but promised he would be safe there and could learn to use his gifts among others. He spent about nine years traveling through the wilderness and he first relied on his magical gifts but soon began to rely on his body as it began to slowly work itself into a lean raw muscular frame. He eventually would arrive at the outskirts of the college of mages almost feral saying he was the last living son of the Letum line.
Personality: Tacere due to his long time spent alone has gone to a near primal state has stripped him of some of his personality. He is very keen to avoiding others now and will attempt to avoid conversation unless he feels comfortable with a person which would be a rare feat in itself. He will typically ignore someone unless they have done something to impress him or interest him. People who treat him kindly will find him rarely repeat the favor but people who treat him badly will find that he will hold that grudge and most likely not help them when needed.

Faults: Casting magic injuries himself varying on the degree of power but is somewhat counter-acted by his abnormal healing but it can leave him completely useless after casting powerful spells.
Anything else of note: His body is notably durable and resistant to injury due to the partial effects of the one of the spells casted on him when he was just a baby.
